I - Booking conditions

- Ticket prices showing on the website are offering to online purchasers only and can be changed depends on the ticket availability if no payment received after reservation. Final ticket price is inclusive of fare, taxes, fee, carrier charges, passenger charge & ticketing fee. Ticketing Fee & Passenger charge are non-refundable in any case.

- Passenger must be above 16 years old to travel alone and book ticket with his own reservation code.

- Passenger must provide correct full name and date of birth as shown in your passport, if not you'll be rejected at the check-in counter and required to purchase new ticket.

- Ticket is not accepted for transfer to other passenger or amend name.

- Any change or cancelation/refund request should be submitted by email to [email protected] with charge applied according to our Fare Rules and advise on request.

- Each ticket class has its own conditions and you may not get a partial refund or checked baggage if your ticket class is not allowed for. Please check out our Fare Rules before purchasing our product to ensure you save your budget.

II - Infants & Children

Infants and children rules are as following:

- Passenger below 2 years old at the time of traveling shall be charged as infants fare and equal to 10% of adult ticket.

- Passenger from 2 years old to below 12 years old at the time of traveling shall be charged as children fare and equal to 90% of adult ticket.

- Passenger below 16 years is not allowed for traveling alone. If needed, please request for support from flight attendant with charges.

- Each passenger is only allowed for accompanying 2 children, if more than that, please request for support from flight attendant with charges.

- Children fare is allowed for same checked baggage with adult fare. Infants fare is only allowed for 10kg checked baggage.

III- Change

Name change or ticket change to other passenger is not accepted. For other request to change or amendment, please check out our Fare Rules first then email to [email protected] for further supports. Charges are applied.

IV - Cancellation

Cancellation of a ticket will depend on ticket conditions and time of request receive (before ticket flight date or on/after ticket flight date). If your ticket is low budget, economy promotion, you're not allowed for cancellation and refund on both domestic and international flights.

Higher classes can get partial refund. Charge details are mentioned in our Fare Rules - a part of this Agreement.

Important note for Prepaid checked baggage: Price paid for checked baggage is Non-Refundable in any case. If you are not assigned checked baggage after payment made due to our error or technical issues, the paid amount will be automatically refunded within 5 business days after the flight departure.

4. Modification

We reserve the right to modify, change or waive any condition mentioned above without prior notice.

5. Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy is as a part of this Agreement. All information aims to support and protect our clients. Please ensure that you agree with what mentioned in this part too.

6. Missed/Delayed/Schedule Changes

In case you miss your flight, you may be required to purchase new ticket at the last minute counter if your ticket class is not allowed for change/cancellation and refund. Or you can request to change to other flight if your ticket class is allowed for.

You can request to change without charge to other flight at same ticket class or get fully refund if your current flight is delayed over 2 hours.

You're recommended to check your registered email address before departure to keep update about your flight time because Schedule changes shall be sent to your email.

7. Security

This website is save and secured. It's encrypted by modern security system under controll by our excellent technical team.

8. Legal
