Note:
- In case of partial refund, refund the different (if any) between the fare paid and applicable one-way fare of used routing minus refund fee.
- If there is no OW fare, use fare with the next higher booking class for recalculation.
- The service charges and ticket fees is a non-refundable with any case. (10USD/1 Pax)
- The bank fees - 3.85% of the total payment is a non refundable with any case
Children/Infant discount:
- Accompanied children from 2 to 12 years: Charge 75 % of adult fare
- Accompanied infant 2 years without seat: Charge 10 % of adult fare
Baggage Allowance:
1. For Business, Premium Economy: 1 piece with maximum is 32kgs. Maximum dimension (sum 3 of dimension) is 158cm (62LI).
2. For Economy: 1 piece with maximum is 23kgs. Maximum dimension (sum 3 of dimension) is 158cm (62LI).
Exception:
- For Promotion fare ( X-/R-/Q-/P-/) and for Budget fare (A-/F-/V-/U-/):
- Fare between Phnom Penh and Guangzhou: 01 piece
- Fare within Cambodia: 01 piece
- Others: 0 Piece (NIL)
